ShallWe prioritizes the rights and interests of minors as well as online security, and is committed to building a safe, wholesome and healthy platform environment. We strictly comply with Google Play's children's safety policies and applicable minor protection laws and regulations worldwide. We fully fulfill our platform responsibilities to protect minors while they use our services.

We adopt a zero-tolerance policy toward all illegal and improper acts that harm minors' physical and mental health, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM/CSAE), online exploitation of minors and personal safety violations against minors. All such violations will be investigated and punished severely.

I. Core Principles for Children's Safety on the Platform

All users shall abide by the following children's safety rules when using our services. Any violation will result in strict disciplinary action:

• Users are prohibited from uploading, posting, sharing, distributing, promoting or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM/CSAE) and related harmful content. The platform will immediately initiate violation handling procedures once confirmed.
• It is forbidden to approach minors via solicitation, inducement, deception or other means. Pornographic, vulgar interactions and other inappropriate communications with minors are strictly prohibited to prevent any acts that harm minors' legitimate rights and interests.
• Users must not create, edit, post or distribute content that sexually objectifies minors, contains vulgar descriptions, inappropriate conversations or related prohibited discussions. We firmly uphold the compliance baseline for minor protection.
• Without formal authorization from minors' legal guardians, no user or third party may collect, use, disclose or publish minors' personal information. The platform implements comprehensive safeguards to protect minors' privacy and data security.
• The platform enforces age verification and age-appropriate content control systems. Function and content grading is applied to prevent minors from accessing inappropriate or harmful features and materials.
• We adopt a dual monitoring mechanism combining intelligent automated screening and manual review teams to conduct real-time detection and ongoing inspection of all user content, so as to identify and remove harmful information targeting minors promptly.
• All violating content will be deleted and removed immediately. Perpetrators will face severe penalties including permanent account suspension with no exceptions.
• If illegal criminal activities involving minors are detected, the platform will report such cases to law enforcement authorities, child protection agencies and relevant regulatory bodies in accordance with laws, and fully cooperate with subsequent investigations and dispositions.
• A dedicated reporting channel is available for all users to report suspicious content and violations that endanger minors. All reports will be reviewed and resolved in a timely manner to maintain a secure platform environment.
